Ashfar’s Warpening Facility – Catawba Valley Mills (CVM), located in Newton, NC, is a state-of-the-art warping facility dedicated to warping nylon and polyester filament yarns. From the 40 denier – 200 denier textile yarns to the 500 denier – 2600 denier high tenacity industrial yarns and from 21″x21″ beams to 72″x40″ beams, Ashfar is able to satisfy market requirements.
CVM is equipped with some of the newest, most modern warping equipment available in a fully climate-controlled facility. This insures the quality of the products produced. CVM enables Ashfar to service market needs as well as exhibiting Ashfar’s commitment to the American textile industry.
